1. Production Planner
Job Description:
- Create production plan and ensure market demand are satisfied
- Create material requirement planning and control inventory stock
- Create effective and efficient production schedules and arrangements
- Monitor production process and output achievement to reach the target
- Controlling inventory stock in production floor/workshop (WIP)
- Manage the treatment of inactive material
- Make Daily & Monthly Report
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree or above from Industrial Engineer or other related major
- Fresh Graduate are very welcome to apply but prefer who have at least 1 year working experience as production planner in manufacturer company.
- Have good analytical & Logical Thinking, Creative and Problem Solver.
- Good at communication and negotiation
- Advance skill in Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
- Fluent in English or Mandarin
- Willing to do overtime (if needed)
2. Assistant Field Test Engineer
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for network related test
- Make test plan and participate in the testing, Be responsible for test results
- Ensure the quality of project test, verify and handle market complaints on the market model
- Collect and refine local mobile network parameters, user usage scenarios.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Telecommunication Engineering.
- High interest in network related testing
- Software/network testing experience is preferred, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Good communication skills, goal oriented, strong self-control, hard working.
- Willing to do business trip across Indonesia and Southeast Asia Countries.
3. Warehouse Improvement Specialist
Job Responsibility:
- Provide efficient warehousing management to meet production (customer) requirements
- Output warehouse data accurately and in time
- Provide proper storage environment to ensure the safety and integrity of the goods in stock
- Continuously optimize warehouse operation system and improve management efficiency
- Push logistics front-end department to do inventory control
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above that majoring in logistics management, Industrial engineering or other related major
- At least have 1 year working experience in warehouse management of manufacturing industry, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Fluent in MANDARIN or ENGLISH is a MUST
- Familiar with Ms office, ERP/WMS
- Strong principle, hard working, careful, responsible, have good communication and coordination ability and team cooperation ability
- Willing to do the overtime (if needed)
4. Process Quality Engineer
Job Description:
- Control defects in production and do analysis to get improvement
- During new model or trial need to evaluate and solve all of problems happened
- Make sure products send to market achieve base on standard regulation
- Follow up market complain by investigation and analysis for improvement
- Guide PQC, AQC how to control production process and inspection
- Verify all of problem finding whether low or high risk and also able to judge phenomena defect
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Physics
- At least have 2 years working experiences in Quality but fresh graduate are very welcome to apply
- Fluent in English or Mandarin
- Able to work over time & night shift
- Proactive, extrovert, fast learner, excellent analytical and logical thinking
- Good computer skills (Ms. Office etc) and able to use QC Tools
- Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
5. Asset Management Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all about asset management from reporting, stock opname to cost controlling
- Maintain asset management principles and applications including risk assessment, capital budget planning, levels of service and life-cycle cost analysis
- Continuously optimize the application of ERP system to provide systematic support
- Continues improvement for controlling & reducing cost project in factory
- Other related asset management task & support the financial business division as well
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above from Business/Accounting/Industrial or other related major
- Fresh graduate or experienced in same field
- Full proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Strong logic & analytical thinking, proactive,good communication skill
- Details & Data oriented, Organized, high responsibility
- Good knowledge in asset management and financial business
- Advanced skill in Ms Office especially Ms Excel
6. Purchasing Assistant
Job Responsibility:
- End to End purchasing activity from research potential vendor, evaluate their offers, negotiate contract terms, pricing to monitoring their arrival at our warehouse
- Fulfill all purchasing request and ensure all the purchased goods arrive safely & on time in our warehouse
- Ensure the quality of purchased goods meet our company’s standard
- Maintain relationship with our vendors and review their performances
- Prepare & maintain all type of purchasing report
- Do some other administrative related to purchasing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Business, Finance, Chinese Studies or other related major
- Full proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Advanced skill in ERP & Ms Office especially in Ms Excel
- Goal/Target Oriented, Details Oriented, Good Analytical/Logical Thinking
- Effective Communicator, Proactive, problem solving & creative thinking
- Able to work under pressure, adapt with fast changing environment

7. Senior Third Party Application Test Engineer
Job Responsibility:
- Ensure our company’s software quality meet standard and giving extraordinary experience to our consumer.
- Continuously improve test quality and efficiency (providing local insights, increasing test scope, creating new test strategy & implementing new method).
- Collaborate with Headquarter’s engineer team to troubleshoot existing software’s problem and improvement for our software’s quality.
- Collaborate with third party companies to troubleshoot existing problem.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Computer Science, Information System, or other related major.
- At least 2 years of experience in mobile application quality field.
- Deep understanding of localization, SQA procedures.
- Advanced knowledge in android operating system & applications.
- Full proficiency in English or Mandarin.
- Proficient with Automation tools (Katalon, JIRA, etc).
- Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang.
