Restaurant Manager
Placement: Kota Serang
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.
- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Staff Management
- Recruit, Frain, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Set schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team skills and service quality.
- Address employee issues, resolve conflicts, and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
Customer Service
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring top-notch service and resolving customer concerns.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
Operational Oversight
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and control costs t achieve budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, health regulations, and licensing requirements.
Finance Management
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, sales, and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Menu and Offering Management
- Collaborate with Kitchen Supervisor to design and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and alignment with customer preferences.
- Recommend pricing strategies based on cost analysis and market trends.
Marketing and Promotion
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and collaborations.
- Maintain a strong online presence and engage in social media marketing to enhance visibility.
Vendor and Supplier Relations
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on sales, financial performance, and other key metrics
