Restaurant Manager

Placement: Kota Serang

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Staff Management
  • Recruit, Frain, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Set schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team skills and service quality.
  • Address employee issues, resolve conflicts, and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
Customer Service
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring top-notch service and resolving customer concerns.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and suggestions to enhance the dining experience.

Operational Oversight

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and control costs t achieve budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, health regulations, and licensing requirements.

Finance Management

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, sales, and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

Menu and Offering Management

  • Collaborate with Kitchen Supervisor to design and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and alignment with customer preferences.
  • Recommend pricing strategies based on cost analysis and market trends.

Marketing and Promotion

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and collaborations.
  • Maintain a strong online presence and engage in social media marketing to enhance visibility.

Vendor and Supplier Relations

  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on sales, financial performance, and other key metrics
