REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to be placement in Branch Cilegon
- Female, maximum 27 years old
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from all majors (Communication Science/Marketing Management / Hospitality majors are preferred)
- Have knowledge and interest in hospitality and sales
- Have good communication skills
- Have the ability to handle complaints
- Cheerful, friendly and polite
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Educate customers about jewellery products at Spilla Jewelry (Cilegon, Banten)
- Actively serve customers offline while providing upselling
- Inputting orders and daily reports
- Handling customer complaints
