IT & GA
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information System, or equivalent major
- Having at least 2 years of working experience as IT & GA Staff
- Good in English, minimum passive
- Proficient of using MS. Office
- Communicative and detail oriented
- Able to work as a team and under pressure
- Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
- Able to join ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with related departments
- External Relations
- Create maintenance schedule, helpdesk or operational services
- Problem solving and suggestions for improvement
- Make notes and report of daily problems
- Repair or fixes hardware and network problems
- Carry out maintenance on office equipment and transportation
- Manage permits related to General Affairs
- Prepare periodic reports of operational expenses (electricity, water, telephone)

Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Update stock
- Daily report of compound and order status
- Process order
- Planning delivery and make packing list for delivery
