Hal ini dilengkapi dengan jaringan global R & D laboratorium dan fasilitas pengujian produk di empat benua dan layanan distribusi di lebih dari 25 negara.

PT Tenaris SPIJ saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :

1. Operation Analyst (Global Trainee Program)

The Global Trainee Program is designed to prepare future leader in Tenaris. It is a combination of classroom training, e-learning courses, job rotation, mentoring session, and practical on-the-job experience lasting 2 years.

 

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate up to 3 of years Job Experience, especially with Mechanical engineering background
  • Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
  • Passionate  for industrial business and manufacturing environment
  • Good team player, proactive, eager to learn, result oriented, and always curious for improvement
  • Able to use drawing software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, access, word, etc.)

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develops specific projects either in manufacturing areas or related technical areas.
  • Develops and manages a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area’s results.
  • Analyzes information and prepares different deliverables as reports and processes. Gains deep knowledge of the processes he/she is exposed to.
  • In-depth learning of core processes through on the job training, project assignments and training activities. Learns about Tenaris strategy, systems and processes.
  • Maintains regular contact with other areas of the company, and interacts with different hierarchical levels in order to achieve the expected performance and results.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  • Involve in Tooling improvement project, including :
    • Checks the tools stock level and plans purchase orders (times and quantity) verifying the consumptions and availability for the plant under the scope
    • Guarantees the updating of the drawings’ archives and elaborates purchase’ technical specifications and related drawings
    • Together with Warehouse, manages the process of taking charge of the tools inside the plan and supports the Tools Manager to inspect the materials
    • Keeps relations with external suppliers and Maintenanceto ensure suitable outputs in terms of tools regeneration and/or repair.

 

2. Supply Chain Analyst (Global Trainee Program)

The Global Trainee Program is designed to prepare future leader in Tenaris. It is a combination of classroom training, e-learning courses, job rotation, mentoring session, and practical on-the-job experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with bachelor degree up to 3 of years Job Experience.
  • Having experience in Supply Chain production planning or inventory management is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
  • Passionate for industrial business and manufacturing environment
  • Good team player, resilience, proactive, eager to learn, result oriented, and always curious for improvement
  • Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, word, PowerPoint. etc.)

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develops specific projects either in supply chain areas or related technical areas.
  • Develops and manages a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area’s results.
  • Involve in inventory management activities
  • Contributes in the follow up of order processing procedure compliance and ensures real time order tracking.
  • Sequence the orders the mill needs to produce each month and assures all consumables are available for production.
  • Analyzes information and prepares different deliverables as reports and processes. Gains deep knowledge of the processes he/she is exposed to.
  • In-depth learning of core processes through on the job training, project assignments and training activities. Learns about Tenaris strategy, systems and processes.
  • Maintains regular contact with other areas of the company, and interacts with different hierarchical levels in order to achieve the expected performance and results.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

 

3. TU Regional Leader – South East Asia & Oceania (SEA&O)

 

Requirements:

  • Min of Bachelor degree in related degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of Job Experience in Training & Development and Industrial learning programs in manufacturing industry and / or relevant industries
  • Having high knowledge and understanding of training programs, training needs analysis, development assessment tools, training effectiveness measurement, industrial manufacturing general processes, and relevant topics including managing audits.
  • Proven track record in coordinating trainings, having high skill on organizing and project management. Having good leadership and good attention on details.
  • Meticulous, well-organized and excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
  • Passionate for industrial business and manufacturing environment
  • Good team player, proactive, eager to learn, result oriented, resilience and always curios for improvement
  • Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, word, PowerPoint. etc.)
  • Wiling to be based in Cilegon – Banten Province

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates training activities for the Region in compliance with global TenarisUniversity guidelines.
  • Assess training and development needs for the Region’s employees by coordinating the Annual Training Plan and collaborating with the Development department
  • Designs, organizes and implements training needs and courses with line management support. Develop, applies and shares knowledge management techniques.
  • Selects appropriate training providers and ensures the effective execution of training activities. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress toward obtaining development objectives.
  • Performs and manages Industrial HR programs and activities (Technical Leaders and Shop Floor Employees training and development programs)
  • Monitors the adequate management and optimization of internal and external training resources.
  • Agrees program structure with line management and teaching strategies with other Tenaris University (global Learning and Training Department) counterparts. Creates classes and tutorial reports.
  • Supports new projects and investments by defining the training requirements.
  • Calculate and analyze training indicators to measure training effectiveness.
  • Defines the best learning methodology for each training course considering number of future attendees, costs, geography, etc.
  • Acts as training advisor to line managers, helping identify training needs and suggesting the appropriate content.
  • Interacts with subject matter experts to obtain the information needed for the courses content.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility
  • Other relevant tasks
