PT Polyplex Films Indonesia telah didirikan di Indonesia pada tanggal 11 Oktober 2017 sebagai anak perusahaan yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Limited. Perusahaan sedang dalam proses mendirikan Greenfield PET Film Line dengan kapasitas 44.000 metrik ton per tahun bersama dengan Pabrik Resin hulu dan Pabrik Metalik hilir. Produksi komersial diharapkan akan dimulai pada pertengahan 2019. Pabrik tersebut akan berlokasi di kawasan industri di Serang sebelah barat Jakarta dan melayani terutama pasar domestik di Indonesia dan juga pasar regional / ekspor lainnya.
Saat ini PT Polyplex Films Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi sebagai :
Store Supervisor
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in packing and dispatch operations in a manufacturing environment, with at least min 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Able to speak English Language is a must
- Experience specifically in BOPET or BOPP film production handling packing and logistics will be highly advantage
- Knowledge of packaging materials and handling equipment used in manufacturing / Industries
- Expertise in dispatch processes and logistics planning to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, including ERP tools like SAP or others, to maintain stock accuracy.
- Understanding of international and domestic shipping regulations, including handling hazardous materials if applicable
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage staff schedules, and ensure team productivity in high-pressure environments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to packaging, storing, and dispatching materials in a chemical production environment
- Ability to quickly address issues related to dispatch delays, packaging defects, or stock discrepancies.
- Ensuring that products are packed according to customer specifications and quality standards, particularly ensuring the safe packaging of BOPET and BOPP films.
- Supervising the dispatch of goods to both domestic and international customers, ensuring that shipments are made on time and within budget.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure that stock is available for timely dispatch.
- Collaborating with the production and sales departments to meet dispatch deadlines and handle special customer requests.
- Managing all documentation related to shipping, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.
