PT Nikomas Gemilang ini pertama kali di dirikan di Fuxing, Changwa pada tahun 1969 oleh keluarga Tsai. Ini berfokus pada pembuatan sepatu atletik dan kasual berdasarkan OEM/ODM untuk merk global ternama seperti Nike, Adidas, Asics, Clarks, Reebok, Puma, New Balance, Cross, Marrell, Timberland, Converse dan Solomon yang mana semua itu memiliki jalur produksi di Cina , Indonesia, Meksiko, dan Vietnam.
Berlokasi di dalam Kawasan Industri PT. Nikomas Gemilang yang merupakan juga kawasan industri alas kaki terbesar di Indonesia (luas -+300 ha) Pou Chen Indonesia merupakan salah satu pabrik yang memproduksi sepatu olahraga dan kasual dari merek Puma dan Asicis.
Saat ini PT Nikomas Gemilang sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi sebagai :
Export & Import Officer (Central Java)
Job Descriptions:
- Experienced in Export and Import dept. in bonded factory
- Experience to handle all process import & local documents (invoice, P/L, AWB, Insurance, PO, etc.).
- Check draft PIB, PEB and prepared PIB payment.
- Create procedure of clearance and documentation of import/local file.
- Communication and coordinating with exporter related documentation and shipment schedule.
- Coordinating with warehouse to discharge process of goods/import contents.
- Familiar communicate with customers.
- Familiar with document of Export and Import :BC 25/ BC 26/ BC 27/ BC 40
- Familiar with SAP system, IT Inventory system and other system related export and import process
- Having experience and familiar with create and payment journal
- Having experience to handle all the process and document export
- Having experience to communicate and coordinate with customs (Bea Cukai)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trading/ Information Technology or equivalent in related field.
- At least 3 years experience in Export and Import, forwarding and shipping line field (preferable).
- Good command of written and spoken & written English (intermediate level).
- Having integrity, detail orientated, good communication, fast learner and service mindset.
- Computer literate : Ms. Office (word, excel, etc.).
