Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Lab experience with a chemistry background.
- Good understanding of chemistry, formulations, compounding and problem solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; convey technical information effectively and concisely to engineering, sales, technicians, etc.
- Understand and able to apply concepts of measurements.
- Develop, design and optimize formulations for treatment of copper and rubber
- Perform equipment set-up and operation maintenance.
- Perform prepping, measuring, mixing, compounding, and molding as required
- Conduct formulation experiments to develop, produce, and scale up advanced materials
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Rubber Engineering Technology, Materials Science and Engineering,
- Mechanical Engineering or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Minimum 4 years technical experience or Associates Degree with 4 years technical experience.
- Chemical or Rubber Engineering Technology degree a plus.
- Industrial process engineering experience
- Experience with rubber and, or copper materials
- Have an in-depth understanding of the patent and literature for chemistry and material structure
- Support manufacturing and quality on issues related to current material formulations
