PT Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk – LCTTBK didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Akta Notaris Ibu Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, SH Nomor 19 Tanggal 9 Desember 1987 yang disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia dengan Keputusan Nomor C2- 6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersialnya di bidang industri plastik dengan kapasitas terpasang awal lini produksi pertama sebesar 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.

Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 berubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan berubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah mendapat keputusan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia dengan Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH. 2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

Pada tahun 2008, kembali berganti nama menjadi PT Titan Kimia Nusantara Tbk, kemudian melakukan Penawaran Umum Terbatas I – Penerbitan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu dan dana hasil Penawaran Umum Terbatas tersebut digunakan untuk menambah penyertaan modal di TIHL dan digunakan semata-mata untuk mengakuisisi 100% kepemilikan Titan Petchem (M) Sdn. Bhd., di Chemical Brothers Ltd., yang merupakan pemegang saham mayoritas PT Titan Petrokimia Nusantara.

LCTTBK akan terus berupaya dan berinovasi untuk meningkatkan jumlah penjualan dan pertumbuhan di masa mendatang secara berkesinambungan dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kehidupan.

Saat ini PT Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi sebagai :

HR Compensation & Benefit ( Supervisor)

 

Job Description:

  • Maintenance and monitoring payroll & HRIS system database to make sure all data are correct.
  • Assisting locat expatriates for preparing Annual Individual Income Tax Return Report (SPT PPh 21 Tahunan Pribadi).
  • Administrator for BPJS System; SIPP Online for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan,
  • DABU & e-ID for BPJS Kesehatan, and e-SPT PPh 21 & e-Filling for monthly employee income tax return.
  • Fully responsibility and as main contact person for areas Compensation Benefits, Payroll and HRIS
  • Fully responsibility and as main contact person for areas Compensation Benefits. Payroll and HRIS
    Prepare monthly payroll data for employee Accurate and timely delivery of employce payroll
  • Coordinate BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan registration/ tormination
  • Handle NPWP registration / termination for foreign employees
  • Enter new employees data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
  • Checking employee income tax and tax reporting. Ensure wages and tax with holdings comply with regulations
  • Maintain employee leave management system
  • Maintain employee private insurance and other existing benefit. Develop a compensation benefit program based on comprehensive analysis
  • Handling employee question regarding compensation and benefit. Forecast budget for salary increases.
  • Administers employee insurance programs including life, disability, and health insurance plans. (Personal Accident insurance)
  • Administers employee savings plans DPLK or other compensation programs
  • Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale/salary structure
  • Completes records, reporting, and other documentation required (Monthly report payroll and Headcount)
  • Conducts employee surveys and benchmarks salary
  • Distribute payment statements or pay slip (digital or paper)

 

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent. Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 scale.
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll and income tax, in multinational company
  • Passionate in compensation and Benefit activity, both strategy and operational,
    Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees
    Proficient in English (Business Level) is a must.
  • Deop understanding in income tax both for local and foreign employees.
  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role
  • Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors Ability to handle confidential information
