PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.
Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR
Job Descriptions:
- Strengthen and ensure environmental management system implementation in Lotte Group complies with Indonesia regulation and standard
- Report updates to all levels of management. From this program, the company is committed to reducing the environmental impact as a result of the company’s production process. The program primarily focuses on how to minimize impacts on water, air pollution, waste generation, and biodiversity.
- Develop communication media and promotion to increase employee awareness to protect the
environment. - Prepare a monthly environmental talk, event and campaign to all employees so the employee can actively participate on protecting the environment
- Person of related TMS (Air, Wastewater)
Qualifications:
- Age Max. 38 years
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Indonesia regulation (Environment)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the petrochemical plant or Oil Refinery Industry
- Good English proficiency Strong leadership skill

SAFETY SUPERINTENDENT
Job Descriptions:
- Implementing safety training in work areas that require it -Monitor and work processes in units according to safety plans and standards applicable in the company
- Carry out project operational planning by conducting needs analysis, supervising and controlling the running of operational projects in accordance with safety regulations
- Ongoing investigation process when an incident occurs, conduct analysis and evaluation to provide improvements or actions that must be taken to related parties
- Controlling operational certification for employees who need work by conducting inspections and assessments to ensure operational processes are in accordance with applicable regulations
- Person of related firefighting experience: incentive (advantage) application
Qualifications:
- Age Max. 40 years
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Indonesia regulation (safety)
- Understand and implement contractor Safety Management System Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the petrochemical plant or Oil Refinery Industry
- Understanding of ISM code, ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001)
- Good English proficiency Strong leadership skill
