PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.
Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

1. Process Engineer [Fresh Graduate]
Job Responsibilities
- Trains all environmental regulations, requirements and guidelines
- Writes standard operating procedures; ensures adherence to procedures; reviews procedures for improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoots processes; proposes improvements; documents repairs and improvements.
- Plant Safety Coordinator (capable to conduct HAZOP, JOHAN, and Safe Work Permit).
- Coordinates with vendor/third party to conduct plant improvement.
- Reviews Process document (mass balance, P&ID, cause & effect diagram, alarm & set point list, 3D Model, etc).
- Develops new Education document and report.
- Plans, organizes, leads, and controls of Commissioning, Start-up, and responsible for plant shut down.
- Supervises Operation staff; coaches, develops, trains, and evaluates employees.
- Assists Shift Operators in handling plant upset to minimize production loss and maintained product quality by guiding Boardman/Technicians proper steps and action to be taken.
- Perform Maintenance work for smooth process operation (Filter & STR Cleaing, Lubrication of pump Grease and Oil, Line Unplugging, etc)
- TPM Activity (Total Productive Management): Autonomous Maintenance Coordinator / Administration Office Auditor / Focus Improvement
- Develops and manages energy and water and utilities usage optimization action plans.
- Troubleshoots processes; proposes improvements; documents repairs and improvements Submit a report of toubleshoot / optimization to management.
- Join other projects related with plant operational such as conduct plant re-HAZOP, implement system for Process Safety Management application, Plant expansion, etc.
Requirements
- Min. D4 / Bachelor Degree (Chemical Engineering or equivalent) required from reputable University.
- Max. 2 years of experience in Petrochemicals industries.

- Confident to communicate in English
- Good computer skills (Spread sheet, Process modelling, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc), maintenance various email and internet programs and applications, and other software and databases generally seen in a plant environment.
- Good integrity, initiatives and team work ability.
- Have motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure.
- Have experience about the Project.
- Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon).
2. Process Operator [Fresh Graduate]
Job Responsibilities
- Ensures all safety regulations, laws, company practices, etc. are followed.
- Conducts plant troubleshooting and manage day to day production activities.
- Follows the instructions of Foreman and Boardman, so that the production process runs smoothly and in accordance with specified standards.
- Field patrol & monitoring of maintenance work.
- Improvement activities for site; identifies opportunities for improvement of processes and procedures; plans and implements.
- Develops and manages energy and water and utilities usage optimization action plans.
- Troubleshoots processes; proposes improvements; documents repairs and improvements
- Join other projects related with plant operational such as conduct plant re-HAZOP, implement system for Process Safety Management application, Plant expansion, etc.
- Functions as a First Responder for emergency situations inside and outside of facility as assigned.
- Maintains operations facilities’ appearance; performs inspections; reviews and updates standard operating procedures as assigned; ensures product specifications are met; oversees environmental waste disposal operations as required.
- Handle process shutdown and start up, and equipment inspection during turn around maintenance.
- Checks and records in the logsheet plant twice a day various readings
- Performs maintenance work for smooth process operation (Filter & STR Cleaning, Lubrication of pump Grease and Oil, Line Unplugging, etc).
- TPM Activity (Total Productive Management): Autonomous Maintenance Coordinator / Administration Office Auditor / Focus Improvement
- Creates, verifies, and analyses, approves job Permits to work and daily sample.
- Conducts regular sampling according to established procedures and schedules.
- Ensures that all Turnaround/Major Shutdown activities and work orders are carried out effectively in accordance with safety procedures and practices.
Requirements
- Min. D3 degree (Chemical or equivalent) required from reputable University.
- At least 2 years’ operation experience in Petrochemicals industries.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication in English
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc),
- Good integrity, initiatives, and team work ability.
- Have motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure.

3. OH & Safety Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Recording and reporting all of OH & Safety activities
- Keep recording and maintain stock level inventory of Personnal Protective Equipment
- Keep recording, update all list of OH & Safety equipment and facilities
- Manage and control all administration of HSE activities
- Keep recording and update list of HSE personel
- Keep recording and update list of HSE training and induction of new employee and contractor worker
- Keep recording and update list of working hours of LCI and contractors
- Keep recording and update list of HSE budget and spending cost
- Control and release approval ID badge for visitor, contractor worker before issued by security
- Keep recording and update of HSE KPI including accident incident record
- Order or issue purchase requisition of HSE equipment and tools requirement
Requirements
- D3/S1 Chemical/K3/Mech with Experience in HSE
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
- Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good skill to operate MS office
- Good personality
