PT Lotte Chemical Titan Indonesia didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.
Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

OH & Safety Site Superintendent
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage & control OHS implementation at plant site.
- Lead OHS team to implement OHS activity plan base on annual planning and HSE requirement
- Perform conducting safety observation, safety audit the activity at plant site to identify unsafe action and unsafe condition in regard to encourage and make sure the compliance of HSE procedure and regulation
- Conduct proactive encouragement, communication, safety campaign & promotion in regard establish good safety behavior of employee and corporate safety culture.
- Manage emergency response procedure and ensure that all emergency team member fit for purpose and emergency facilities ready to use.
- Manage & control HSE shift work activities and evaluate regularly for continues improvement
- Ensure that Plant operations are in compliance with Government regulation & HSE regulations.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns related to Safety & Health management system.
- Involve for conducting regular risk assessments.
- Generate safety & Health activity reports and ensure that all OHS activity are well recorded, evaluated & reported
- Work with team to develop effective safety strategies to accident prevention.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing Safety & Health strategies.
- Investigate safety accidents and develop action plans & prevention of recurrence.
- Provide job trainings and assistance to team members when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Safety Engineering or major related to safety engineering.
- At least 10 Years of experiences in Safety & Health Management in Oil refinery, Petrochemical or Chemical industries.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills (Bahasa and English).
- Has good leadership capability
- The ability to inspire others.
- Has good knowledge in HSE management system.
- Good organization and time management.
- Willing to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon).
