PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.
Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

Instrumentation Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the operation team during analyzing their performance, operative conditions and boundaries, in order to guarantee reliable and safe operations.
- Review all documents related to instrumentation
- Troubleshoot instrument items
- Provide technical solutions whenever the instruments experience failures, to analyze, address and rectify the root causes in order to prevent reoccurrences.
- Managing inventory and spare parts for daily / periodical maintenance.
- Preparing T/A (Turn Around): Plan schedules, Secure budget (CAPEX & OPEX), Stock up spare parts, Contract partners, Oversee maintenance work and so on.
- Managing / planning maintenance, calibration and modification work for all instruments, analyzers and systems
- Carry out all planned preventative maintenance (PM), reactive maintenance (RM), condition maintenance (CM) activity of daily, monthly and yearly according to his responsibilities.
- Drafting purchase requests and outsourcing work requests for instrument procurement and work, along with performing related tasks
- General Administrative Work
Requirements:
- Min. bachelor’s degree (Engineering Physics, Instrumentation, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent) required from reputable University
- At least 5~10 years’ operation experience as Engineer
- Preferable experience in Distributed Control System, Emergency Shutdown System and Analyzers
- Excellent communication (Bahasa and English) and interpersonal skills
- Background for environment of petrochemical plant
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Have experience about the Project
- Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
