Linindo Pacific International (LPI) adalah solusi Otomatis Listrik, Manajemen Termal, Pemadam Kebakaran dan Solusi Terpadu Mekatronik untuk Otomotif untuk Heavy Mobile Equepment (HME) terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Posisinya sebagai importir langsung dikombinasikan dengan portofolio besar dari klien yang sangat dihormati di dunia secara signifikan mengurangi risiko yang dihadapi bisnis, sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh pertumbuhan keuangan yang kuat melalui periode ekonomi yang sulit.

Saat ini Linindo Pacific Internasional (LPI) sedang mebutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :

 

1. Recruitment Staff (Code: Rec Staff)
Job Descriptions:

  • Perform recruitment process including screening CV, invite candidates, conduct psychological test and scoring, and depth interview.
  • Handle candidate’s documents.
  • Handle Rejection email.
  • Prepare daily and weekly report and analysis.
  • Do clerical things.
  • Post job advertisement on social media, website, and job portal.

Requirements:

  • 22 – 25 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
  • Min. 1 year experience as a Recruiter
  • Understand the recruitment flow process.
  • Min. 1 year experience perform recruitment process (screening CV, operating psychological tools, scoring, and depth interview).
  • Good in English.
  • Must be detail oriented, quick to adapt, and have high curiosity.
  • Work quickly and precise under pressure and targets.
  • Preferably domiciled in Jabodetabek
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang

 

2. Regional Sales Manager (Code: RSM)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Candidate must have 3 years’ experience in mining industry.
  • Has a wide channel of clients and key accounts in mining industry.
  • Proven working experience and sales track record as a sales manager, senior sales, sales executive or a relevant role in mining related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated, systematic, efficient and willing to take challenge.
  • Have a strong network of mining market, relevant customer base, authorities, contractors and consultants.
  • Can negotiate skillfully, both internally and externally without damaging the relationships with potential clients. Gain trust of other parties to the negotiations.
  • Effective in a variety of formal and informal presentations settings; one on one, small and large groups, inside and outside the organization

 

3. Product Specialist (Code: PS)

Job Descriptions :

  • Perform market analysis on competing products and brands
  • Analyze market and industry products trends and conditions
  • Develop new products and new opportunity
  • Analyze feasibility, cost, and return on investment for product ideas
  • Monitor and control product management

Requirements :

  • Maximum age 27 years old
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in all major, preferably in Engineering
  • At least 2 years working experience as a Sales Engineer / Product Specialist and have experience working in Mining Industry
  • Have a wealth of knowledge about product or range, analyze market trends, develop sales, price and profitability strategies, recommend improvements, identify opportunities, and increase revenue.
  • Have an experience perform market analysis and develop opportunity/products based on potential trends, conditions and issues
  • Active, creative, passionate, and flexible
  • Can work under pressure

 

4. Sales Engineer (Mining) (Code: SE)

Job Descriptions :

  • Developing existing, search new business opportunities, and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
  • Have a connection in Mining industry is a plus point.
  • Establish, developing, and maintain long term relationship with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Evaluate market development
  • Supporting sales activities by attending meetings, conferences and other industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 1 2 years of working experience as Sales in Mining industry
  • Achievement oriented (High self confidence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, have a strong persuasive technique, energetic,
  • ambitious and strong interpersonal social skills, prospecting skills, closing skills, product knowledge, customer service)
  • Proficiency in English (Writing & Speaking)
  • Willing to placed in Tangerang but flexible to travel to all operational areas of the company and take up challenge

5. Inventory Planner (Code: Inventory Control)

Job descriptions:

  • Bertanggung jawab atas pengendalian, perencanaan, dan kontrol stock.
  • Melakukan analisa safety stock & reorder point atas pengadaan stock.
  • Menyediakan dan menyusun rencana pembelian sesuai dengan pesanan.
  • Melakukan monitoring pada bagian persediaan.
  • Menghitung kebutuhan material untuk proses produksi (Engineering).
  • Mengolah dan menyusun laporan ITO & Interca.
  • Mengolah forecast dari team sales/prodev.

Requirements :

  • Laki-laki
  • Usia 20 – 30 Tahun
  • Pendidikan min. D1/D3 semua jurusan, lebih diutamakan jurusan Logistik.
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Inventory Control lebih disukai.
  • Mahir mengoperasikan komputer khususnya Microsoft Excel dan bisa mengolah data.
  • Teliti, memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik, memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi, dan dapat bekerja dengan cepat.
  • Dapat bekerja dengan team dengan baik dan memiliki dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaan.
  • Domisili di Tangerang.
