PT Lestari Banten Energi, a member of Genting Group, is an Independent Power Producer Company which owns and operates 1x625MWNet Coal Fired Super Critical Steam Power Plant in Salira – Banten. The plant achieved Commercial Date in March 2017 and is currently operating continuously to supply power to PLN Grid.
We are currently seeking for an Experienced Professional to join our Operation and Maintenance Team at the position of:
Job Title: Safety Officer (E1), 1 Position
Department: OHSS (Occupational Health Safety and Security)
Direct Report: OHSS Manager
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Total experience 5 years in Health and Safety Field, preferably in power plant industry.
- Holding an AK3 Umum Certificate.
- Familiar with ISO 45001 and SMK3.
- Holding an Internal Auditor SMK3 Certificate will be an advantage.
- Holding a Firefighting Class C Certificate will be an advantage.
- Familiar Security Management System in Power Plant will be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement OHS Management system of the company to comply with ISO 45001 and SMK3.
- Conduct safety induction to employees, subcontractors, vendors, and visitors.
- Conduct internal training for employees to enhance safety awareness.
- Liaise at site with government bodies such as manpower office.
- Involved in emergency drill carried out periodically.
- Involved in safety patrol/inspections and communicate issues encountered to the related department for rectification.
- Conduct weekly exercise and safety talks for employees and contractors.
- Involved directly in incident investigation team to find the root cause of an incident and provide recommendation.
- Involved in Emergency Response Team during Emergency evacuation and able to act as first aider and fire warden.
- Involved in Review of OHS Procedures and periodic socializations.
Job Title: Safety Engineer (E2), 1 Position
Department: OHSS (Occupational Health Safety and Security)
Direct Report: OHSS Manager
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Total experience 10 years in Health and Safety Field, preferably in power plant industry.
- Holding an AK3 Umum Certificate.
- Familiar with ISO 45001 and SMK3.
- Familiar with legal requirements related to health and safety.
- Familiar with ISPS Code will be an advantage.
- Holding an Internal Auditor SMK3 Certificate will be an advantage.
- Holding a Firefighting Class A Certificate will be an advantage.
- Familiar Security Management System in Power Plant will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English (Oral and Written).
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement OHS Management system of the company to comply with ISO 45001 and SMK3.
- Ensure safety induction to employees, subcontractors, vendors, and visitors is properly implemented.
- Ensure internal training for employees to enhance safety awareness is properly implemented.
- Establish good relations with government bodies such as manpower office, fire and rescue, port office, etc.
- Ensure all potential hazards are identified and controlled.
- Ensure firefighting system readiness and emergency drill is carried out periodically.
- Lead safety patrol/inspections and communicate issues encountered to the related department for rectification.
- Involved directly in incident investigation team to find the root cause of an incident and provide recommendation.
- Play a key role in Emergency Response Team during Emergency evacuation and able to act as first aider and fire warden.
- Review OHS Procedures and periodic socializations.
- Prepare P2K3 meeting and reporting
