Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Job Responsibility :

To prepare monthly financial report and ensure the accurate & correctness of financial report.
Prepare and submission financial report to management on schedule time.
To review, maintain and set up Finance, Accounting and Tax system, procedure & policy.
To manage daily operation in finance, accounting, and tax department.
To prepare and submission Financial Report (actual & forecast) for Company and Government on scheduled time.
To review and manage monthly & annual tax report.
To manage company’s cash flow & hedging.
To maintain company daily operational the related with finance and accounting field.
Review new customer financial report for credit limit and credit term.
Responsible and handle tax audit.
Responsible for External Audit Financial Report.
To represent the Company for tax related issues.
Evaluating a company’s financial transactions to ensure they comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

The Objectives of the job :

No audit adjustment impacted to company P/L during yearly closing audit.
No penalty related to tax issue.
No delay submission for reporting to management & government.

General Requirement :

Education Background: Bachelor degree, Preferably from Finance/Accounting.
Have A & B Brevet Certified.
Working Experience: Minimum 7 years experience on Finance, Accounting and Tax field, Preferably have strong manufacturing background.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization.
Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
