PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Indah Kiat Serang adalah salah satu perusahan pengamasan terbesar yang berlokasi di Serang, Provinsi Banten, Indoensia. Fasilitas berluas 550 hektar ini berlokasi strategis dekat dengan pusat distribusi yang andal, pelanhan laut. Indah Kiat Serang di dirikan pada atahun 1991, untuk memberikan solusi bagi semua kebutuhan kertas dan karton.

Kami mengoprasikan dua kelompok mesin kertas empat mesin mengashilakan kertas karton coklat / industri dan dua mesin kertas putih lainnya mengerjakan kertas putih berlapis. Selain memproduksi kertas Indah Kiat Serang juga memeiliki pabrik konveksi kami sendiri yang memproduksi produk konveksi dan kotak lipat yang digunakan sebagai kotak kemasan untuk berbagai macam produk. Produk kami di distribusikan di seluruh dunia, termasuk Asia, Amerika Utara dan Selatan, Australia, Afrika dan juga Eropa.

PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper  saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi sebagai :

Technical Sales Manager (Chemical)

Job Requirements:

  • Very strong in Chemical or Chemical Pulp & Paper.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Having more than 10 years experience in selling chemicals for pulp & paper or different industries.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Chemical, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Have a good : Strong managerial capability, Leadership, Systematic thinking, Problem solving skills, technical & analytical skills.
  • Preferably / Senior Managers / Manager specializing in Chemical Manufacturing.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develops, recommends and implements marketing strategies consistent with corporate goals.
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing a professional relationship with principals, customers and business associates through regular communications and visits.
  • Directs the field sales force and distribution networks and assures appropriate long range development for the accomplishment of the business plans and objectives.
  • Develop new customer and business, coordinate or provide technical support including sample for testing, do follow-up work from sample to commercialization, inform and coordinate with Department Manager in case of problems.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate with and assist finance/commercial department in case of account receivable and payable problems. Monitor and inform immediately potential uncollectible debts to Department Manager and finance/commercial department for appropriate further action.
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Develop and implement strategies, procedures, and business plans needed to increase company growth
  • Oversee all daily operations of the company
