Di Blok Cepu, Jawa Timur, kami bekerja sama dengan PT Pertamina EP Cepu and Badan Kerja Sama PI Blok Cepu untuk mengembangkan Lapangan Minyak Banyu Urip.

Lapangan Banyu Urip dibangun oleh lima kontraktor konsorsium yang dipimpin perusahaan Indonesia, 460 subkontraktor dan pemasok Indonesia; dan lebih dari 17.000 pekerja Indonesia yang telah berkontribusi dalam tahap pengembangan.

Sejak tahun 2007, kami telah melatih 110 operator teknisi dan pemeliharaan dari daerah sekitar di Jawa Timur dan Jawa Tengah. Mereka telah dilatih di wilayah operasi ExxonMobil di seluruh dunia dan sekarang telah kembali untuk mengoperasikan Fasilitas Banyu Urip. Lapangan Banyu Urip telah melebihi tingkat Rencana Pengembangan Lapangan sebanyak 165.000 barel per hari dan telah mencapai produksi lebih dari 210.000 barel per hari – lebih dari 25 persen target produksi nasional.

ExxonMobil terus berperan dalam membantu memenuhi kebutuhan energi Indonesia. PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia (PT EMLI), mewakili usaha hilir, bahan kimia, dan bahan bakar ExxonMobil di Indonesia. PT EMLI memasarkan pelumas berkualitas tinggi di bawah merek dagang Mobil dengan volume penjualan lebih dari 165.000 barel per tahun serta telah berhasil memasuki pasar bahan bakar untuk pelanggan industri dan komersial di tahun 2016.

Pada bulan Juni 2018, PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia telah mengakuisisi PT Federal Karyatama (FKT), salah satu produsen dan pemasok pelumas motor terbesar di Indonesia.

Akuisisi ini mencakup merek dagang Federal Oil dan pabrik pengolahan pelumas di Cilegon yang berkapasitas 700.000 barrel per tahun. Federal Oil didukung lebih dari 40 penyalur, 3.200 pusat Federal Oil dan 10.000 pengecer di seluruh Indonesia. Dengan keahlian Federal Oil dalam pelumasan motor, akuisisi tersebut melengkapi produk pelumas Mobil di sektor lain di mana ExxonMobil sangat berpengalaman.

ExxonMobil turut berkomitmen dalam program pengembangan masyarakat melalui tiga pilar utama: pendidikan, kesehatan masyarakat dan pembangunan ekonomi. Saat ini PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia Tangerang kembali membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi sebagai :

1. Field Engineer – Tangerang

What will you do

  • Responsible for the execution of technical offers and delivery of lubrication solutions in accordance with GBU processes and standards to protect desired existing customers as well as grow new sales
  • Identify, execute and document EM profit improvement opportunities via product upgrades, new product introductions, new customer conversions, sale of service and execution of Engineering Service at selected accounts using total cost of ownership (TCO) and Benefit Selling methodologies. In cooperation with the rest of the Sales team, advance customers along the sales pipeline.
  • Directly supporting the development of the required technical and benefit selling competencies to execute the marketing offers for EM Lube GBU and EM Distributors to drive profitable growth. Act as an engineering, services and technical sales mentor and resource for the field sales force.
  • Identify, execute and document EM profit improvement opportunities as defined in the GBU marketing strategy and offer.
  • Documentation of engineering solutions and resulting benefits to support lubes business value growth.
  • Support root cause investigation and analysis regarding brand and / or product integrity issues.
  • Act as a value add selling, product, engineering, services and technical mentor and resource to the field sales force.
  • Conduct training for the benefit of sales and technical employees, customers and EM Distributors on benefit selling, product knowledge, applications, and services.

Skills and qualifications

  • Mandarin speaking and writing, graduated from China University preferably
  • MLA/MLT certification
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as a maintenance in smelter, cement Plant

2. Sales Advisor – Tangerang

What you will do

  1. Responsible for selling EM products and offering solutions to industrial customers to achieve the sales plan either directly or in conjunction with designated EM Distributor(s)
  2. Reports functionally to Area Sales Supervisor / Manager
  3. Key interface with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical and Operations
  4. Specific geographic coverage for Chinese customer
  5. Execute defined marketing programs
  6. Apply consultative selling skills
  7. Typically home based office subject to local affiliate practices / guidelines
  8. Face-to-face selling, closing the sale
  9. Working with Distributors or 3P service company
  10. Frequent local travel
  11. Visit large industrial sites
  12. Implement local sales plan to meet annual P&B and marketing plan objectives
  13. Manage credit and pricing consistent with defined offer standards
  14. Meet direct Opex objectives for area of responsibility
  15. Effective and efficient use of EM Field Engineering and Marketing resources
  16. Consistently execute the Sales Pipeline process including regular analysis and follow-up
  17. Remain fully abreast of market conditions, trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
  18. Support Distributors by providing Sales Pipeline coaching and sell-out support to their staff
  19. Perform other duties or activities as assigned by supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Have sales experience in mining industry (nickel, bauxite or gold) or cement industry at min 2 years.
  2. Able to speak Mandarin fluently.
  3. Have experience in lubricant business is a plus.
  4. Chinese speaking mandarin, willing to relocate and base in Kendari, good negotiation and interpersonal skill, presentation and leadership skill.

3. General Manufacturing Specialist – Tangerang

What will you do

  • Develop General Manufacturing business/market strategy to meet annual Planning & Budget and marketing plan objectives
  • Develop and implement focused sales and market programs/activities to General Manufacturing sectors interfacing between sales and market teams to drive alignment on plan deliverables
  • Remain fully abreast of market conditions, trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
  • Develop and share to the broader organization on the market insights
  • Identify market needs and develop comprehensive offers to meet customers requirements
  • Develop collaboration with industry associations and equipment builders/OEM in General Manufacturing sector
  • Provide guidance and support to sales team to pursue opportunities in the GM sector
  • Act as SME to develop/adapt GM sector training materials for sales team
  • Develop network and relationship with channel partner, customers, OEM and industry association
  • Consistently execute the sales processes such as sales pipeline management including regular analysis and follow up
  • Support Channel Partners by providing sales pipeline coaching, account planning/management, and sell-out support to their staff
  • Effective and efficient use of Field Engineering, Technology or Marketing resources to deliver customer valued solutions

Skill and qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years experience in B2B sales, especially in general manufacturing sectors
  • Understanding of the general manufacturing sector, includes industry fundamentals, operational processes and conditions, supply and service requirements.
  • Understanding in targeted applications prevalent in general manufacturing segment is a plus, including hydraulic and gear lubrication, metalworking fluids
  • Strategic, innovative, and analytical thinking
  • Good presentation and communication skill
