PT. CT Advance Technology is currently seeking a qualified Mechatronics Engineer to join our engineering team in Cilegon.

This position is responsible for the design, improvement, troubleshooting, and optimization of mechatronics systems to support reliable and efficient production operations.

PT. CT Advance Technology is seeking a qualified and experienced Team Leader – Hot Process to oversee daily production operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily production targets for the Expand line.
• Ensure production runs smoothly according to planning.
• Manage workforce, raw materials, machines, and consumables to meet production targets.
• Recommend production efficiency improvements when necessary.
• Propose machine or equipment repair needs to the Production Supervisor.
• Prepare shift production reports.
• Monitor production processes, resolve operational issues, and suggest improvements.
• Train employees on safe machine operation and ensure procedures are followed.
• Enforce strict safety and quality standards.
• Report productivity, quality, and safety matters to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure consistent implementation of 5S practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or related field. (Senior High School / Vocational School may be considered with strong leadership experience in manufacturing.)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Production Leader or similar role in manufacturing industry.
• Thorough understanding of product materials and manufacturing techniques, especially API 5L product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to lead and supervise a team.
• Good multitasking and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
