PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk adalah perusahaan petrokimia terbesar dan terintegrasi secara vertikal di Indonesia dengan fasilitas-fasilitasnya yang terletak di Ciwandan, Cilegon dan Puloampel, Serang di Provinsi Banten. CAP merupakan pabrik petrokimia utama yang memanfaatkan teknologi dan fasilitas pendukung canggih kelas dunia. Jantung operasi CAP adalah Lummus Naphtha Cracker yang menghasilkan Ethylene, Propylene, Mixed C4, dan Pyrolysis Gasoline (Py-Gas) berkualitas tinggi untuk Indonesia serta pasar ekspor regional.
Selain pabrik Naphtha Cracker, CAP memiliki fasilitas produksi Polyethylene dan Polypropylene yang terintegrasi yang menggabungkan dua teknologi kelas dunia. Empat reaktor Unipol dengan lisensi dari Union Carbide: satu reaktor mampu menghasilkan resin Linear Low dan High Density Polyethylene; tiga reaktor lainnya mampu menghasilkan berbagai resin Polypropylene. Reaktor kelima menggunakan lisensi dari Showa Denko KK, teknologi revolusioner Jepang yang dikenal dengan Bimodal High Density Polyethylene. Kedua teknologi kelas dunia tersebut digabungkan untuk memproduksi berbagai grade resin Polyethylene untuk memenuhi sebagian besar permintaan Polyethylene di Indonesia.
Guna memastikan produksi yang berkesinambungan, CAP memiliki pembangkit listrik terpasang dengan kapasitas yang melebihi kebutuhan produksi normal. Selain itu, CAP memiliki sambungan ke PLN sebagai sumber listrik cadangan. Pabrik pun memiliki instalasi desalinasi dan pengolahan air yang menghasilkan air yang sangat murni untuk digunakan pada sistem pendingin, tanki penyimpanan, dan jetty.

Emergency Response Fireman
Requirements :
- DIploma 3 Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or Fire & Safety
- Have minimum 1 year working experience as Emergency Response
- Have good skill to carry out trouble shooting for fire truck, fire protection and fire fighting equipment
- Excellent health condition, not phobia at height elevation, fire and confined space and not a smoker
- Willing to work as contract employment
Reliability Management Engineer
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in major of Mechanical Engineering.
- Have 3 years experience in similar position from Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.
- Deep knowledge on structured approach to operational reliability improvement (risk based matrix)
- Good knowledge and capable to develop Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Operational/Reliability Hazard Analysis, Failt Tree Analysis, Single Point of Failure Concept, and another analysis which requred for.
- Good knowledge of CMMS SAP, PI system and other asset management software is preferred.
- Good communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English both spoken & written

Mechanical Rotating Supervisor
Qualifications
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in major of Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in preferably in EPC in Mechanical Rotating Engineering on Medium/ Large project.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the design, selection, installation, and operation of mechanical rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and associated systems.
- Profound knowledge about all international codes/standard like ASME, DIN, JIS, ANSI, ASTM. Familiarity with industry codes standard related to rotating equipment, such as API (American Petroleum Institute) standards and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) guidelines.
- Having strong understanding about design, operation of rotating machinery such as pump, agitator, compressor, generator.
- Trough knowledge on process involving design, selection, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of rotating services is required.
- Proven ability for equipment specification and selection and in ensuring compliance from the suppliers, preferably within an EPC contracting organization.
- Competent in Mechanical rotating protection methodologies with HAZOP experience.
- Fluent in english skills both spoken or written.
- Willing to work as contract based (1 year), and this position will be placed at site office project
Safety Opr – Polypropylene Inspector
Requirements :
- Diploma 3 in major of Fire & Safety/ Chemical/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Have experience 1 years working experience as Safety Officer or related field
- Computer literate using as daily activity
- Have a good basic english skill (is an advantage)
- Able to working at height and confined space.
- Not a smoker (is a MUST)
- Willing to work as contract based (1 year) renewal, and this position will be placed at site office Cilegon
Electrical Supervisor
Qualifications :
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in major of Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience in Oil&Gas or Petrochemical Project as electrical supervisor with deep understanding of electrical systems and complex instalations.
- Has experience in project management, including planning, coordinating, reporting and overseeing electrical projects.
- Proven technical knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Having experiences with inspection activity for quality control
- Having experiences with Site Acceptance Test, Testing and commissioning
- Fluent in english skills both spoken or written.
- Willing to work as contract based (1 year), and this position will be placed at site office project.
