PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk adalah perusahaan petrokimia terbesar dan terintegrasi secara vertikal di Indonesia dengan fasilitas-fasilitasnya yang terletak di Ciwandan, Cilegon dan Puloampel, Serang di Provinsi Banten. CAP merupakan pabrik petrokimia utama yang memanfaatkan teknologi dan fasilitas pendukung canggih kelas dunia. Jantung operasi CAP adalah Lummus Naphtha Cracker yang menghasilkan Ethylene, Propylene, Mixed C4, dan Pyrolysis Gasoline (Py-Gas) berkualitas tinggi untuk Indonesia serta pasar ekspor regional.
Selain pabrik Naphtha Cracker, CAP memiliki fasilitas produksi Polyethylene dan Polypropylene yang terintegrasi yang menggabungkan dua teknologi kelas dunia. Empat reaktor Unipol dengan lisensi dari Union Carbide: satu reaktor mampu menghasilkan resin Linear Low dan High Density Polyethylene; tiga reaktor lainnya mampu menghasilkan berbagai resin Polypropylene. Reaktor kelima menggunakan lisensi dari Showa Denko KK, teknologi revolusioner Jepang yang dikenal dengan Bimodal High Density Polyethylene. Kedua teknologi kelas dunia tersebut digabungkan untuk memproduksi berbagai grade resin Polyethylene untuk memenuhi sebagian besar permintaan Polyethylene di Indonesia.
Guna memastikan produksi yang berkesinambungan, CAP memiliki pembangkit listrik terpasang dengan kapasitas yang melebihi kebutuhan produksi normal. Selain itu, CAP memiliki sambungan ke PLN sebagai sumber listrik cadangan. Pabrik pun memiliki instalasi desalinasi dan pengolahan air yang menghasilkan air yang sangat murni untuk digunakan pada sistem pendingin, tanki penyimpanan, dan jetty.

Community Program and Evaluation Officer
Job Accountabilities :
- Collecting data from Community Liaison, Community Development, Community and management as material for program analysis.
- Making Logical Framework Analysis and files for each CSR activity plan in accordance with the social mapping and activity targets.
- Conducting program design covering types of programs and financing according to the analysis results and target benefits
- Coordinate related administration with the community liaison and community development for the implementation of CSR program runs well.
- Control, monitor and evaluate all CSR activities to achieve ISO 26000, Proper, sustainable programs and document them.
- Collect all documents of monitoring and evaluation Events that will be held by CSR either through Community liaison or Community Development with information or release to the press, to facilitate the control of reporting and evaluation of the development of the activities.
- Evaluating proposals and letters and grouping and gathering into community relations and community development activities to simplify the process of controlling budgets and activities
- Develop a program implementation budget for community relations and community development
- Communicating with third parties and / or beneficiaries and carrying out monitoring and evaluation so that activities are well organized
- Carry out and calculate SROI to measure the impact / benefits and effectiveness of the programs that have been implemented and set forth in the form of a report
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, half year (semester) and yearly reports based on CSR activities.
Qualification :
- S1 Communication or Social Science
- Have 3 years working experience in CSR or relevant experience
- Have experience in analysis program & monitoring evaluation for CSR activities
- Proficient using Ms. Office as daily work activities
- Good communication skill & dealing with people
- Good English skill both spoken & written
Olefin and BD Instrument Maintenance Superintendent
B. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be:
- Major in instrumentation from reputable university
- Has good knowledge in DCS, PLC (Yokogawa Centum VP, Pro-Safe, Triconnex, Woodward ITCC, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, etc)
- Experienced in maintenance or project from manufacturing companies, oil and gas, petrochemical
- Good command of SAP
- Experience in related equipments as stated above
- Experience & willing to work during TAM Condition (Turn Around Maintenance)
- Good reporting, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and troubleshooting skills
- Desired internal candidates are from: Maintenance Dept or Engineering Dept.
- Good physical health and can work in confined space and high elevation.
- 5-7 years of experience in the same field.

- Deep analytical thinking as this position will analyze and review the Preventive Maintenance for further improvements programs in the future

D. Current Challenge
- The current challenge in this position is dealing with old equipments in the site. As the equipments are mostly 20 years old.
- In Instrumentation, there is 1 or 2 frequent problems that are keep on happening. Need to be able to analyze them and provide PM Strategy.
