Tanggung Jawab
- To make sure all plant work processes in the plant area are compliant to all SHE requirements/KWPs/permit systems and to execute the SHE programs and SHE procedures/instructions.
- To manage the production team to produce quality products according to production schedule and production procedures & instructions.
- To utilise PCS & SPC tools to control process and achieve Cpk & OQ rate & RM loss & OEE targets.
- Maintain the plant area in good house keeping & 5S condition via plant tour check.
- To conduct regular safety briefing meeting & perform (RCA) investigation and reporting on incident/near miss.
- To assist in new product development.
- To maintain safe and smooth operations of all plant equipment to avoid downtime.
- Perform Process monitoring & control & log book recording and attend process issues on time.
- Perform regular plant tour to detect process & safety issues.
- To assist implementation of capital projects and maintenance /engineering works and equipment trouble shooting.
- To lead and coordinate the production team with Operations team to achieve Operations Scorecard Objectives.
Persyaratan:
- Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Chemical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering with computer literacy is a must.
- At least 3 years working experience in supervisory function, preferably in chemical / petrochemical plant (experience in plastic polymer processes is preferred).
- Detail knowledge of PLC / DCS (control logics & system operations), plant equipment operations, quality system requirements, and PCS / SPC / 5S tools.
- Knowledge and ability to implement all SHE requirements / standards and plant fire-fighting equipment operations (good understanding on the Life Critical Safety Standards).
- Ability to quickly learn and understand end-to-end manufacturing process.
- Ability to detect process upset and SHE issues through field inspection and / or PCS monitoring.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgement during emergency and equipment trouble shooting.
