PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (“BFI” atau ”Perusahaan”) berdiri pada tahun 1982 sebagai PT Manufacturer Hanover Leasing Indonesia, sebuah perusahaan patungan antara Manufacturer Hanover Leasing Corporation dari Amerika Serikat dengan pemegang saham lokal. BFI adalah perusahaan pembiayaan terlama di Indonesia sekaligus menjadi perusahaan pembiayaan pertama yang mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya (sekarang disebut Bursa Efek Indonesia atau “BEI”). Perusahaan melakukan go public pada Mei 1990 dengan kode saham BFIN.

Setelah menjalankan proses restrukturisasi utang yang bersumber dari krisis keuangan 1998, Perusahaan secara resmi berganti nama menjadi PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk pada 2001. Saat ini, 42,8% saham BFI dimiliki oleh konsorsium Trinugraha Capital SA (yang antara lain terdiri dari TPG dan Northstar Group). Sisanya dimiliki oleh pemegang saham institusi lokal dan internasional, serta pemegang saham publik.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Full cycle end-to-end recruitment, include sourcing, interviewing, offer formulation, and providing high quality and informed advice to your hiring managers throughout.
  • Create a sourcing strategy that leverages your networks, and diverse and inclusive communities working in technology.
  • Build strong partnerships with candidates and Hiring Managers in order to drive an efficient process for providing the best candidate experience.
  • Represent and advocate the BFI FINANCE brand in the market via our careers website, job boards, LinkedIn, meetups/communities, events and other social media platforms.
  • Stay on top of changes in the talent market; understanding trends and pivoting recruitment activities to suit.
  • This may include identifying new sourcing channels to develop robust talent pipelines.
  • Support and strengthen interview capabilities among our developing managers and interviewers.

Requirements :

  • Strong recruitment experience, whether in-house or agency, particularly in hiring Engineers (Software, Data, Infrastructure), Product, IT, and remote roles.
  • Deep/extensive experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn, Kalibrr, Jobstreet, Glassdoor, TechInAsia, Indeed, or other innovative methods.
  • Excited by problem solving, finding unique and resourceful solutions to complex recruiting challenges.
  • An inherent drive to create personalized and engaging recruitment experiences for candidates
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboard on daily basis
  • You have a genuine interest in tech and people, and keep up to date with new ideas, concepts and technologies.
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment, finance, payments industry is advantageous, but not required.
