Technical Support Supervisor (Paint & Coating)

Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least SMU, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Chemistry or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in paint and coating formulation
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Supervision, RAB
- Preferably Supervisor / Assistant Manager specialized in Chemistry or equivalent.
- Have the ability and knowledge of technical application of paint formulation for all application purpose both in develop or create new product/color.
- Have wide connection with Chemical Supplier
- Able to calculate production and material cost of paint application
- Familiar and follow the market trend of paint and coating
Responsibility :
- Testing and supervise application of new product in accordance with the quality and target set up in costumer area.
- Arranging, monitoring and controlling the application of paint product by following the market trend
- Analyzing and troubleshooting of any problems that accurs in lab, production and client’s site
- Ensuring all required process and testing have been conducted and complied with the standard and regulation
- Making and updating monthly report
