Production Expert (Managerial Level)
As the production expert, you’ll be right-hand support and also ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our plant.
Financial Accounting & Reporting (Accounting)
Job Description:
- Apply cost accounting & financial accounting standard to the financial operation and to assist the Finance & Accounting Division Manager to estimate future revenues and expenditures for the preparation of budget and forecast;
- Proceed sales invoicing, monitor the collections of receivables, and perform controlling of customer credit through regular meeting with sales & marketing;
- Control company cash flow & factory cash flow and cash balance;
- Proceed vendor and other payments properly and timely;
- Review and proceed payroll for employees;
- Check and monitor the company’s & factory’s loan, including the loan drawdowns, repayments, and required reports.
- Plan, deal, execute, & report currency exchange needs to support operational payments;
- Analyze current and historical account records, expense and revenue trends, variance analysis, estimated cost and realized revenues;
- Establish necessary accounts in the Chart of Accounts;
- Approve vouchers transactions and all recurring job entries;
- Interpret accounts, records, and financial data for management;
- Prepare reports which summarize and forecast of business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations;
- Prepare reports related to factory activities for consolidation purpose and maintaining communication with all concerned persons;
- Prepare financial report for consolidation purpose and maintaining communication with all concerned persons;
- Review all tax matters.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting;
- Fluent in English both orally and in writing (capable of writing report in English, with experience of working with foreign workers);
- Minimum of 10 years of experience within the scope of work in finance, accounting, and/or auditing;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an auditor in a Public Accounting Firm
- Minimum of 5 years of costing experience in a manufacturing company;
- Have experience as SAP user
- Placement: Cilegon, Banten (Plant) and Jakarta (Head Office).
