General Affairs Senior Staff

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any degree
  • Maximum 35 years old.
  • At least 3 years experience in the field of General Affairs, preferably as a Coordinator
  • Having experience working in a Multinational Company (Preferably a Japanese Company)
  • Strong character, multitasking person and able to work under pressure, possess good human relations, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good communication in English both oral and written
  • Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level
  • Mature, pleasant personality, analytical, good communication, hard-working, independent & able to fulfill the target within less supervision
  • Willing to work in the BSD area
  • Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to other Project Mall/other company within 1 group

Job Descriptions :

  • Handling General Affairs Administrative Task such as prepare and record all payment request, make a record for company properties and also maintain office supplies
  • Support GA Staff to manage the reimbursement employee and operational cost for driver, OB and receptionist
  • Maintain use of taxi e-vouchers and create payment request form
  • Handling administrative for foreign employees such as Apartment administrative, airline ticket, hotel and personal belonging of foreign employees coordinate with the Agent and/or shipping company
  • Handling maintenance Operational Car & Car for foreign Employee
  • Handling health insurance administration
  • Handling all Driver, OB & Receptionist matters (Inhouse and Outsourcing) such as attendance report, agreement and manage overtime
  • Manage company storage
  • Negotiate with vendors regarding General Affairs matters
