Checkout Services Daily Worker
Job Description :
- Ensuring that by the end of the day the total amount collected is balanced.
- Ensuring that the cash is transferred to the bank via authorized security company.
- Ensuring that checkout and cash office operational in safe ways.
- Being responsible for daily report after counting and segregating all cash in cash office.
- Being responsible in preparing cash for daily bank deposits.
- Handling payments and complaints in an efficient, accurate and friendly way.
- Securing the reconciliation correctly. Securing all checks into banks on a regular basis.
- Maintaining the cash limit on daily basis and involving in regular inventory routines.
- Maintaining all equipment used in the checkout and cash office.
Requirement :
- Emotional resilience and ability to handle conflict. Good communication skills both in local language and English.
- Experience of customer focus and customer services, preferably experienced in checkout/cashier area.
- Helpful and friendly when approaching customers, always aiming for a win-win situation and for repeat business.
- Having a good common sense and attention to detail. Preferably familiar working with Ms. Office.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment. As you work in a store, you will be working in mixture of days.
- Able to implement IKEA values through every aspects of daily activities.
