- PDSU (part of TENE – FKS Group) merupakan produsen gula rafinasi yang berlokasi di Cilegon, Banten.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3 jurusan teknik pangan, kimia, atau manufacturing
- Pengalaman 1-3 tahun di bidang HSE
- Memiliki sertifikat ahli K3 Umum Menaker
- Memiliki sertifikat understanding dan implementation ISO 45001:2009 dan SMK3
Job description:
- Melakukan kendali dokumen ISO 45001:2018
- Menjalankan program HSE sesuai dengan activity plan
- Melakukan patrol HSE secara rutin
- Menjalankan toolbox meeting/penyuluhan program K3 ke semua tenaga kerja
- Melaksanakan pemeriksaan kelayakan peralatan tanggap darurat
- Membuat laporan mengenai unsafe condition dan unsafe action di tempat kerja
- Mengupdate issue list finding HSE (safety patrol, audit ISO 4500:2018)
