PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.

Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

Saat ini PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi sebagai :

1. SECRETARY

Job Descriptions:

Qualifications:

3. GA SUPERVISOR / STAFF (EXPATRIATE & INTERNAL SECTIONS)

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure that TKA (Expatriate) document comply with government regulations and ensure that that the duties and responsibilities of internal GA and external GA are in accordance with the given authority.
  • Taking care of the needs for Korean expatriate and their families (apartments and housing. transportations)
  • Handle complaining regarding Housing, transport, etc. Handle requirement expats legal document
  • Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions especially for expats
  • Report daily to superiors, weekly report and monthly report

Qualifications:

  • Age max. 32 years

  • Min. 2-6 years’ experience (Korean Company)

4. GA SUPERINTENDENT / SUPERVISOR (PERMIT, EXTERNAL RELATIONS, CSR)

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure that company responsibilities of internal GA and external GA are in accordance with the given
    authority
  • Ensure to get any update regarding regulation that have any impact for LINE Project activity
  • Prepare letter to submit to any permit application or any report regarding LINE Project activity
  • Maintain good relation with Government and any institution Controlling and report regarding permit handling by contractor
  • Report daily to superiors, weekly report and monthly report
  • Budgeting CSR program. Prepare proposal for CSR and implementations CSR Program and report

5. HR COMPENSATION & BENEFIT OFFICER

Job Descriptions:

  • Maintenance and monitoring payroll & HRIS system database to make sure all data are comect
  • Assisting local expatriates for preparing Annual Individual Income Tax Retum Report (SPT PPh 21 Tahunan Pribadi
  • Administrator for BPJS System SIPP Online for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, e-DABU & e-ID for BPJS Kesehatan, and e-SPT PPh 21 & Filing to g for monthly employee income tax retum
  • Calculate employee incentive and expense
  • Prepare monthly payroll data for employee. Accurate and timely delivery of employee payroll
  • Coordinate BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan registration/termination
  • Handie NPWP registration/termination for foreign employees
  • Checking employee income tax and tax reporting. Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
  • Maintain employee leave management system nsurance and other existing benefit private insurance 1 employee
  • Handling employee question regarding compensation and beneft
  • Administers employee insurance programs including ife, disability, and health insurance plans. (Personal Accident Insurance)
  • Administers employee savings plans DPLK or other compensation programs
  • Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale/salary structure
  • Completes records, reporting, and other documentation required. (Monthly report payroll and Headcount)
  • Distribute payment statements or payslip (digital or paper)
  • Enter new employees’ data (eg, bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases

Qualifications:

  • Age Max. 30 years
  • Good English proficiency

  • Min. Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in Finance Accounting, Mathematics Major, or any related major

8. SAFETY SUPERINTENDENT

Job Descriptions:

  • Implementing safety training in work areas that require it Monitor and work processes in units according to safety plans and standards applicable in the company
  • Carry out project operational planning by conducting needs analysis, supervising and controlling the running of operational projects in accordance with safety regulations
  • Ongoing investigation process when an incident occurs, conduct analysis and evaluation to provide improvements or actions that must be taken to related parties

9. HSE GENERAL MANAGER

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage HSE Risks in accordance with BOD commitment to fulfilling prevailing regulation
  • Ensure strong alignment of environment, health and safety goals metrics and targets with plant vision and targets and govern site performance targets together with plant manager
  • Understand, implement and execute environmental, health and safety controls and programs and work processes such as risk identification and assessment, emergency action planning and incident management agency inspections and audit and internal inspections to ensure they work as intended Lead in strengthening HSE culture in Lotte Chemical Group
  • Formulate long-term and short-term objectives in relation with HSE Management Establish HSE standards and guidelines to be implemented in Lotte Group, and implementing and reviewing QHSE Management Systems A background or experience in the Petrochemical Plant or Oil Refinery Industry

Qualifications:

10. KOREAN INTERPRETER

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage communication between Korean staffs and local staffs
  • Join in every meeting (formal, informal) and interpret live speech, daily conversation to Korean, Indonesian, English and vice versa
  • Translate document needed to Korean, Indonesian, English and vice versa
  • Support any other related administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Age Max. 35 years
  • Fluent in Korea and English is a must
  • Candidate must possess at least min. Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in Korean Language Major At least 3 Years of working experience as
