1. GA Specialist
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience in an administrative or general affairs role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various departments and external parties.
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and administrative systems.
- Have a basic understanding of budgeting and financial management.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full proficiency in English is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the manufacturing facility. This includes managing repairs, ensuring safety standards are met and coordinating regular inspections.
- Responsible for managing office and operational supplies, ensuring that the manufacturing floor has the necessary materials and equipment.
- Liaising with external vendors and contractors for services like cleaning, security and maintenance. This includes negotiating contracts, overseeing work, and ensuring quality services.
- Manage budget for general affairs, including planning, tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Handle transportation arrangements for staff or goods and managing logistics related to the manufacturing process.
- Overseeing employee facilities like the canteen, rest areas and parking, ensuring they are well-maintained.
Salary: Rp 6,000,000 – Rp 8,000,000 per month
2. Test Maintenance Technician
Job Requirements:
- Diploma from Electronics/ Electrical Engineering major.
- Good at speaking and writing in English.
- At least 1-2 years experienced as maintenance technician in electronic industry (mobile phone industry will be prioritized). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good sense of responsibility, good communication skills, high initiative, and curiosity.
- Fast learner, have a strong logical and analytical thinking, and good at problem solving.
- Familiar with electronic circuit components and logic on industry automation.
- Understand the maintenance principle for mechanical and electrical components.
- Able to work in shift (if needed).
- Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
Job Descriptions:
- Quickly respond to do equipment set-up and handle production abnormality of testing machine to keep continuity and efficiency of the production.
- Daily monitor, maintain, and report retest rate of the testing equipment. Do feedback in time if found abnormality.
- Conduct the regularly inspection and maintenance of all testing machines on the production line.
- Take in charge on new model/ machine verification, projects, and improvements.
- Continuously improve the usage of backup machine, spare part, and machine repair.
Salary: Rp 4,528,000 – Rp 5,250,000 per month
3. Product Electronic Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Timely analyze of the production abnormality, promote an action to ensure the quality of process and ensure the production continuity.
- According to feedback from production, maintenance, quality and MES system, identify safety, reliability and INT issues, timely analyze and find the cause of non-conforming devices, promote a correction to maintain the functional pass rate and Quality Control pass rate.
- Lead the problem handling and push the improvement and preventive action.
- Continue to optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process is more reliable and efficient, to ensure the consistency and manufacturability of the product.
- According to the material requirement, priority use request, project guidance and other document requirements, timely processing the document to ensure the daily work results are good.
- Continuously improve and reduce process loss in testing process.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from Electronics Engineering/Electronic related major, preferably from Reputable University.
- Fluent in English or Mandarin.
- Have working experience in Manufacturing field is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and logical thinking, good communication skills, fast learner, high initiative and curiosity.
- Good at problem solving skills.
- Understand basic or advance knowledge of electronic component and materials, especially smartphone components.
- Understand high and low frequency electronic circuits, analog circuits, digital circuits.
- Familiar with GSM communication principles and corresponding standards.
