Market Analyst
Job Description :
- Collaborate with various departments such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Legal, etc., to assist in developing product launch/new market entry strategies and brand/product development plans.
- Collect relevant market data, competitor data, and provide market landscape and competitive analysis to help define brand strategies.
- Organize company sales/marketing resources, provide operators with GTM sales plans and sales tools, and achieve sales/profit targets.
- Develop product roadmap planning and offer recommendations to the R&D department for new product development.
- Assist in establishing product GTM business processes, produce product sales materials, and provide product knowledge and support for the sales team.
- Conduct business analysis, assist in preparing weekly reports, monthly presentations, and other related materials.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of work experience.
- Good knowledge and skill in data analyst.
- Must have practical experience in either Consumer Goods GTM/Product Analysis or Consumer Brand Consulting; experience in the Health and Wellness industry and/or GTM/brand experience in Southeast Asia is preferred.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
- Strong product and market analysis skills are preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent execution ability.

Job Description :
- Prepare and file timely and accurate monthly and annual tax returns (e.g., VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax).
- Ensure compliance with all local and international tax regulations.
- Maintain updated records of all tax-related documents and correspondence.
- Support tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities and identify tax-saving opportunities.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
- Reconcile tax accounts and coordinate with accounting to ensure proper tax treatment.
- Provide internal guidance and training on tax matters.
- Coordinating with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with external tax consultants and auditors as required.
- Filing and organizing tax documents for easy retrieval and reference.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field, GPA min 3.00

- Certified Tax Consultant (e.g., Brevet A/B/C).
- Good knowledge of local tax laws and reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tax related systems.

E-Commerce Manager
About the role
As the E-Commerce Manager at PT Coolvita Maju Sehat, you will be responsible for driving the company’s online sales and digital marketing strategy. In this full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, you will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive e-commerce plan to expand the company’s digital presence and grow online revenue.
Job Description :
- Leading Store Operation, Operation Support, Digital Marketing, and Designer team to assure campaigns and promotion in E-Commerce are going well.
- Analyze the performance of our sales in all EC platform and evaluate for each month and decide what we need to improve brand performance (Traffic, CVR, basket size, Keywords Ads, Socmed Ads, etc.).
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate and build relationship with marketplace platform for dealing campaign package, marketing investment to ensure achievement of the sales target.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
- Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Drive best practice for optimized user experience trough effective marketing strategy.
- Work closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
