PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk adalah perusahaan petrokimia terbesar dan terintegrasi secara vertikal di Indonesia dengan fasilitas-fasilitasnya yang terletak di Ciwandan, Cilegon dan Puloampel, Serang di Provinsi Banten. CAP merupakan pabrik petrokimia utama yang memanfaatkan teknologi dan fasilitas pendukung canggih kelas dunia. Jantung operasi CAP adalah Lummus Naphtha Cracker yang menghasilkan Ethylene, Propylene, Mixed C4, dan Pyrolysis Gasoline (Py-Gas) berkualitas tinggi untuk Indonesia serta pasar ekspor regional.
Selain pabrik Naphtha Cracker, CAP memiliki fasilitas produksi Polyethylene dan Polypropylene yang terintegrasi yang menggabungkan dua teknologi kelas dunia. Empat reaktor Unipol dengan lisensi dari Union Carbide: satu reaktor mampu menghasilkan resin Linear Low dan High Density Polyethylene; tiga reaktor lainnya mampu menghasilkan berbagai resin Polypropylene. Reaktor kelima menggunakan lisensi dari Showa Denko KK, teknologi revolusioner Jepang yang dikenal dengan Bimodal High Density Polyethylene. Kedua teknologi kelas dunia tersebut digabungkan untuk memproduksi berbagai grade resin Polyethylene untuk memenuhi sebagian besar permintaan Polyethylene di Indonesia.
Guna memastikan produksi yang berkesinambungan, CAP memiliki pembangkit listrik terpasang dengan kapasitas yang melebihi kebutuhan produksi normal. Selain itu, CAP memiliki sambungan ke PLN sebagai sumber listrik cadangan. Pabrik pun memiliki instalasi desalinasi dan pengolahan air yang menghasilkan air yang sangat murni untuk digunakan pada sistem pendingin, tanki penyimpanan, dan jetty.

1. Civil Supervisor
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
To supervise and monitor the progress of the work and inspect the quality performance of main contractor for land preparation and civil work with activities as follow :
- Review drawing, WMS of land preparation main contractor
- supervise and monitor the progress and quality performance of land preparation main contractor
- Maintain, develop and implement quality control methodology
- Conduct join inspection for quality control
- Monitor Project progress for report to lead civil engineer and construction/engineering manager
- Do weekly meeting with contractor for progress review
- Provide daily report for actual progress at site
- Monitoring, control and ensure all safety requirement is obeyed
2. Feedstock Officer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Coordinate with customers to arrange appropriate schedule for receiving product (naphta, propylene, LPG) in a timely manner.
- Control and set schedule for delivering related in-bound ships to ensure smoothness of in-bound process according to the set time frame.
- Coordinate with related party (Treasury & Suppliers) regarding payment of product including issuance of L/C to ensure timely payment to the suppliers.
- Control all goods delivery and receipt to ensure smoothness of the activities.
- Input purchase order to computerized system to enhance smoothness of work activities.
- Analyze any demurrage claims sent by counter party and ensure its correctness according to the event.
- Coordinate with export import team to obtain import permit to ensure smoothness activities
- Coordinate with transportation companies and Finance Department to ensure timely delivery of product to company.
3. Tank Yard Operator
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Operate daily work and assist in Tank Yard activity, including accept rundown from process, take sample from the tank, and maintain Tank Yard tools.
- Check the factory and tools that can impact the environment to prevent environmental pollution.
- Collect DCR report, near miss, etc., to give information to supervisor.
