Product Quality Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Bridging technical questions and information between BSI and external source related to POT, APC, SCM & TL
- Efficient POT, APC, SCM & TL operation (product, safety, & environment)
- Identifies and resolves potential manufacturing problems by working with Production, Technology and Engineering.
- To provide any training to operation function related to manufacturing improvements / new process to optimize manufacturing processes to achieve higher productivity ( in terms of quality & output) through engineering evaluations, experiments and data analysis
- Ensure the processes are designed in accordance with SHE regulations/guidelinesthat may be required.
- Design evaluations, coordinating data collection and conduct data analysis to reach the root cause or key factors of an issue and propose improvement plans.
- Responsible to control process and product generated by Operational team in order to meet required standard quality
- Demonstrate good safety behavior through audits and SOR report
- Develop standards of quality based on customer requirements
- Ensure that standards of quality are fulfilled by production team all the time
- Assist the production team by providing technical advices
- Report the performance of production line
Qualifications and/or experience required :
- Bachelor Degree in engineering (metallurgy, chemical)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in continuous process and/or product development
- Have certification in Statistical Process Control
- Understand basic mechanical, electrical, control system, metallurgy.
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, SNI and related product standards
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, coaching and mentoring skills
- Advance user in MS Office application
- Able to use statistical software
Process Engineer MCL1
Responsibilities :
