Head of Warehouse
Qualifications & Skills :
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership, discipline, and team management skills
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Good understanding of workplace safety and operational procedures
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
- Effective communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, packing, and shipping
- Ensure inventory accuracy and prevent overcapacity or dead stock
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with SOPs
- Prepare periodic reports on stock movement and warehouse performance
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization
Warehouse Staff
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive incoming goods and verify quantity and condition against purchase documents
- Organize and store products according to warehouse layout and location codes
- Maintain accurate stock records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Pick and pack customer orders to ensure safe and accurate delivery
- Support shipping processes and loading activities
- Conduct regular stock opname and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper use of equipment
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Physically fit and able to handle standing, walking, and lifting tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of warehouse administration and inventory systems (WMS)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team with honesty and integrity
Shipping Staff
Responsibilities :
- Manage orders from receipt until goods are ready for shipment
- Schedule and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment
- Coordinate with warehouse, couriers, and vendors
- Monitor inventory availability according to orders
- Manage logistics documents (invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes)
- Prepare regular reports on delivery status and operational costs
- Provide order status updates to customers
Qualifications :
- Proficient in computer systems and logistics/ERP software
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Basic understanding of logistics and distribution processes
