PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.
Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

Junior Buyer
Job Description :
- Utilize strategic sourcing skills to support the operation of a petrochemical plant, specifically for MRO, service and chemical procurement.
- Identify and implement the most cost effective and efficient method for purchasing items using various procurement methods and tools.
- Oversee the procurement process from start to finish, including bidder selection, meetings with vendors, and request for quotation, clarification, evaluation, negotiation, award, and contract creation, purchase order issuance, expediting delivery. Monitoring vendor performance, and overseeing invoicing until completion. Also responsible for processing imports of goods and materials.
- Analyze vendor proposals (quotations) to ensure accuracy or materials specifications such as grade, standard, quantity, size and type against drawings or BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
- Negotiate price, discount, delivery terms and other commercial and contractual conditions to achieve the best quality, cost, delivery, safety and moral (QCDSM) outcomes.
- Receive and review Purchase Requisition (PR) and convert PR into Purchase Order (PO) through ERP system and ensure receipt of PO acceptance from vendors.
- Conduct Vendor Performance Evaluations (VP) to ensure ongoing vendor compliance with established standards and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
- Max. 2 years of experiences in procurement in global multinational company, but Fresh Graduate from reputable university can be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Procurement strategic sourcing skills to support the operation of petrochemical plant, especially on MRO, Service and chemical procurement.
- Good and effective communication skill.
- Knowledge and Experience in SAP (ERP) and E-Procurement system,
- Able to speak multi languages, English is a must and ability to speak Korean language will be an advantage.
- CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) is an advantage.
- Advanced in Ms. Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Outlook.
- Logistics of importing goods.
- Exhibits high business ethics and principle-based behavior.
- Basic knowledge about the petrochemical industry and process.
- Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
Senior Buyer
Job Description :
