Sales Supervisor Retail
Area : Tangerang, Serang & Karawang
Job Description:
- Achieve sales target including volume, value and any quantitative or qualitative target set management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them an understanding their needs specially in retail channel.
- Provide sales, revenue, expenses report as well as realistic forecast to Area Manager.
- Supervise daily activities and productivity of sales performance.
- Create strategy plan in market area.
- Daily managing, controlling, mentoring a coaching subordinate.
Who we’re looking for :
- Bachelor degree with minimum 1 years of experience as Sales Supervisor in preferably in FMCG business.
- Have sales & strong leadership skill negotiation skills, problem solving analysis capability, and good communication.
- Willing to work hard under pressure & prefer to work outside the office.
- Have good capability on office tool (excel/spreadsheet, presentation etc).
