PT Paragon Technology and Innovation adalah sebuah perusahaan nasional yang beregrak di bidang kosemetik dan telah mendapat sertifikat CPKB dari BPOM. Berdiri sejak 1985 dengan cakupan unit bisnis yang luas meliputi manufacturing/produksi, distribusi dan pemasaran. 1. PLDP – SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities:
Managing daily operational for Supply Chain Management Directorate: manage the need for materials, goods and information in the supply chain, planning demand, inventory, incoming materials, supplier relationships and production schedules. Including the operational of each departments such manufacturing, Sourcing and suppliers collaboration, central engineering & SHE, Quality & HALAL Management, Manufacturing Excellence & competencies.

2. PLDP – PACKAGING INNOVATION

Job Description

Ideate; Planning and Executing packaging development initiatives and activities; starting from concepting together with relevant department ; validation to run smoothly in production at packaging manufacturer and PTI packing lines ; up to superior experience usage at the consumer side as per PTI’s Standard
Planning and executing process improvements activities to increase efficiency and or improve the quality of Packaging Component as per PTI’s Standard
Monitor and control Packaging Project Management in collaboration with relevant parties to deliver it On Time In Full at the right Quality
Recommending best practices / improvements on ways of working in Packaging Development Activities

Job Description

Gather products’ packaging insights by regularly review and analyze current and future industry, consumer, and market trends
Translate consumer needs and insight into packaging ideas, attributes, concepts, and evaluation
Ensure packaging development activities delivered efficiently as expected timeline, cost, and quality (OTIFQ)
Identify products’ packaging improvement opportunities
Intensely coordinate with other cross-functional team, ie: Marketing, Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Product Developments, etc., to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
Maintain quality packaging standards, specifications, processes and best practices

Job Description

Manage business requirements: A liaison between business user and IT Solution/ ERP/ data team to understand and to analyze the requirement

Project management: Monitor quality, progress, and performance of projects and take necessary actions to ensure all agreed scopes are being delivered

2. ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Berperan serta dalam operasional maintenance guna menjamin berjalannya jadwal produksi.
Melaksanakan semua tugas-tugas yang didelegasikan, termasuk yang terkait dengan pembenahan sistem Departement Maintenance.
Melakukan pengecekan utility (kompresor, mesin RO dan pompa air, gas LPG, panel listrik, genset, boiler, chiller) setiap pagi.
Melakukan preventive maintenance untuk mesin-mesin produksi, utility, dan AC seperti yang sudah direncanakan dan dijadwalkan.
Mengontrol, mengevaluasi, dan membuat catatan hasil dari pengecekan berkala setiap checklist mesin produksi yang telah dilaksanakan oleh operator.
Melakukan troubleshooting ketika terjadi ketidakberfungsian komponen pada mesin.
Memberikan laporan tertulis (diisi sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku), SPK, dan penjelasan lisan kepada Head of Maintenance dan Chief of Maintenance atas semua kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan setiap harinya.
Melakukan kegiatan pendataan inventaris peralatan, spare part, dan lain-lain setiap bulannya.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Menyusun, memastikan dan menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu sesuai standar usaha PBK
Fokus pada pengelolaan kegiatan yang menjadi kewenangannya serta menjaga dokumentasi mampu telusur;

Routinely test software for bugs, redundancies, and security issues
Standardize and automate processes and monitoring using scripting technology
