Sustainability Specialist
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Support and assist in developing best practice of company’s sustainability strategy, initiatives, objective and program across all stakeholders internal and external, including employees, consumers, suppliers
- Review, analyze and propose environmental management plan and system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional impact teams to meet the sustainability objectives.
- Actively assist, implement, and review standardized system to monitor, report and communicate the environmental sustainability efforts
- Identify recommended strategies to address relevant environmental sustainability issues in the company
- Serve as an internal environmental sustainability subject matter expert, maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations that impact the organization, updates the organization on new regulations and environmental sustainability initiatives
- Develop a culture of environmental sustainability through ongoing internal and external communications and education
- Be the coordinator and point of contact of OPEX and CAPEX of HR&GA as well as Sustainability Budget.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in environmental sciences, environmental management, sustainability, engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sustainability, environment, energy or related field
- Experience on managing sustainability system and program
- English both written and communication
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability with diverse teams in a collaborative group setting
- Excellent people management skills – strong ability to develop and manage diverse relationships, engage, influence and build credibility among a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on the sustainability initiatives
Communication Internship
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize on social media channels
- Develop creative communications concepts to elevate our K-C Now content and monthly bulletin
- Provide editorial support to source, coordinate and publish stories
- Able to design and make a short video with good writing skills
- Assist with other media projects as needed
Requirement :
- Preference from Communications or Journalist major
- Good written and communication skills—both English and Indonesia.
- The minimum internship period is 6 months
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Proficient Ms Word. Can design with Canva, Adobe Photoshop. Can edit video is a plus.
- Preferably in final semester.
- Discipline, responsible, and pay attention to details.
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera.
