HRIS Lead
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Manage the HRIS platforms in Indonesia and Vietnam and manage the staff supporting HR Information Systems.
- Develop business case, implement, and maintain an industry standard HR Information System that will cater to all 60,000 employees of the company.
1. Project Management
- Develop and implement the HR Information Systems strategy, in alignment with business units / stakeholders.
- Build business case for HR Information System improvements. Facilitate requirements gathering and justification for projects.
- Participate in vendor sourcing for HR Information System projects. Facilitate request for proposal from vendors.
- Track and manage multiple projects for HR Information System, both internal and outsourced. Drive for successful project implementation.
- Manage internal HRIS team and distribute workload for system enhancements.
- Work with App Dev team for required customization of HRIS.
2. Operations Management
- Lead the team in the routine monitoring and maintenance of HR Information Systems. Prioritizes service calls and dispatch the team members accordingly.
- During major Service outages, leads the crisis management and coordinates with stakeholders from Factory, Group ITS, and vendors in restoring the services.
- Manage and control changes in the HR Information Systems and communicates the changes to stakeholders.
- Coordinates with the business units for ramp-up activities that requires increasing the capacity of HR
- Information Systems such as Server Upgrades, support staff, etc.
3. Resource Management
- Plan for annual headcount and resources for HRIS.
- Ensure that the team spend is within budget.
- Facilitates hiring requests to fill resigned and new positions.
4. People Management
- Set goals / KPI of staff, ensuring that the staff goals and KPIs are relevant to their roles.
- Administers performance management for staff
- Conducts one on one meeting with staff to review goal progress.
- Coach / mentor staff in improving their performance.
- Plan and recommend staff promotion to ITS Group Head
- Propose performance ratings of staff to ITS Group Head
- Communicates performance ratings to staff
- Responsible for performance improvement plans of employees who are falling behind in their performance.
- Administers company policies and monitors staff for compliance
Requirements :
- Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering or other related engineering courses
Experience - At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise HRIS (SAP Success Factors, Workday, or others) and should have experience in implementing at least 3 Enterprise HRIS projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in People Management.
- Have skill’s of Project Management, IT Operations Management, English language, Mandarin language is preferred but not required, People Management, Vendor Management
- Have knowledge’s of HR Process, IT Service Management (Information Technology Infrastructure Library based)
- Have attitude’s : Leadership in steering the team and the stakeholders to find solutions to problems and drives the implementation of the improvements, Collaborative and works with teams to drive standardization.
- Flexible and is able to adapt to different circumstances, different people, and can handle unforeseen events in a professional manner.
- Understanding vision mission company & safety policy
- Understand the standards in the work area related to OHS, Energy, Quality & Environment regulations.
