Finance & Accounting Staff
JOB Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably staff or supervisor, specialized in Finance- General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- Good knowledge of finance, accounting, costing, including contributing financial information.
- Experience in maintaining bank reconciliation
- Responsible for AR, AP and Costing
- Familiar and able to operate Accounting system and able to use excel formula will be big advantages.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office (ex: IF, VLOOKUP,HLOOKUP, SUMIF,HYPERLINK,Etc)
- Detail oriented and strong on analytical thinking
- Experience in data analysis and financial reporting
- Applicants Must be willing work in Tangerang
JOB Description :
- Responsible on day to day finance accounting and reporting
- Create financial report timely and accurately
- Enter transaction journal into accounting system
- Ensure the accuracy and correctness of AR and AP
- Conduct back account statement and journal entry reconciliation
- Responsible for timely, accurate, and prudent invoice payment to vendor and other stakeholders
